Shot Blasting

To add to our range of services, we now have a fully contained shotblasting facility. So we can offer a one stop shop for all your needs. We use a glass component which isn't as abrasive and not damaging the surface. We can work to our customers specifications to meet all corrosion requirements including applications that require aggressive cutting such as air blasting. All work undertaken complies with ISO Standards.

Vapour Blasting

The only company in the region to offer this dust free environmentally friendly blasting process. The finish ensures a superior softer finish.
Our large workshop can accommodate large objects but we can also offer a portable service. This service is ideal for stripping paint from vehicles, we then apply a rust inhibitor which keeps the metal rust free before apply one of our superior finishes from and extensive range of options.

Powder Coating, Electrostatic Paint, Heat & Fire Resistant Paint, Non Slip Paint

We boast about our powder coating facility being the biggest in Yorkshire meaning we can accommodate large structures upto 9 meters and with two overhead cranes capable of lifting 2 tonnes.
We have a full range of BS and RAL colours available and even provide a local collection and delivery service

Meadowhall Blasting & Coatings is a friendly family run business with many years experience working in the steel manufacturing, preparation and finishing industry. Conveniently located minutes away from Junction 34 of the M1. We operate from a 7000 Sq Ft workshop with additional storage yard for deliveries. Our yard and workshop are gated and monitored 24 hours a day for extra security. We offer a range of preparation services from shot blasting, vapour blasting and galvanising ready for that perfect finish. With the largest Powder coating oven in Yorkshire we can accommodate large structures upto 9 metres in length and with x2 soft slinged overhead cranes taking 2 tonnes in weight we really can deliver the highest quality finish to any job. We believe in being innovative with the most uptodate equipment and we are particularly interested in being environmentally friendly. Our newest range of blasting equipment is by vapour or wet blasting meaning no dust particles are in the air. We believe that the best preparation results in the best finish product. We offer a range of coatings and finishes from powder coating, Heat and fire resistant coatings, non slip coatings and our newest method is using an electrostatic method. We are one of the few companies in the region to offer this method. With less fumes and air bound particles, this process uses positively charged particles that clings to the desired surface and wraps around the component. This method is predominantly used in the agricultural industry for spraying crops, the chemical bonds to the crops rather than dripping to the ground. This method uses less paint which saves you money and with the lack of air bound particles, a good environmentally friendly option.
